About

The Planning and Building Department is organized into three divisions: Long Range Planning, Current Planning and Building. Each division is responsible for various aspects of the planning and development process. These three divisions shepherd development in the City from the broad policy level to establish the framework for development (Long Range Planning) to implementation through conformance with area plans, zoning and subdivision (Current Planning), and to construction and regulatory review and enforcement (Building).
