Community Policing Committee
The Community Policing Committee serves in an advisory role to Burnaby City Council. The Committee advises Council on community policing and crime prevention initiatives, and liaises with City Council, the RCMP and the broader community. Community Policing Advisory Councils in each of Burnaby’s four community policing districts operate as subcommittees of the CPC. These provide individual citizens, organizations and businesses the chance to give input into the development of policing priorities.
