The Shadbolt Centre is the perfect venue for your wedding, special event, conference, meeting or class. It offers the maximum in flexibility and impact. The Atrium boasts a two storey cathedral-style ceiling of Douglas Fir and stonework walls. The park view lounge has a gas fireplace and views of Deer Lake Park and there are numerous rooms to suit your needs.
Atrium and Studios
With a banquet capacity of 200 people, this space is the perfect choice for a wide variety of events. The gas fireplace creates a warm atmosphere and the 25-foot windows with southern exposure fill the space with natural light.

Studio 103
Studio 103 is the Centre’s most popular room. With a banquet capacity of 120, it is a wonderful reception area or additional space for your gala dinner in the Atrium. The studio has access to the plaza overlooking Deer Lake Park, natural views, a gas burning fireplace and servery, plus its own sound system. Used extensively as a recital space, the studio may seat up to 150 people in a theatre style configuration.

Studio 102
Studio 102 is one of our dance studios that is often used for small receptions or recitals. This studio has access to the plaza which overlooks Deer Lake Park.
