Property Bid Packages

Legal and Land services include the acquisition and disposal of land, the leasing of City land, and the negotiations of rights of way and other land related agreements.

Bid Packages are prepared for the sale of houses, single family and multi-family land by public tender.  These packages include:

• Information regarding the process that an open tender will follow and the closing and completion dates of that sale.
• General information on the subject property for sale.
• Advice that all legal documentation will be prepared by the City.
• A declaration form insuring that any prospective purchaser is solely responsible for completing their own due diligence with regards to current or proposed zoning, integrity of building foundation, soil and drainage conditions and legal title.
