This public information meeting will provide you with the information you need regarding the City’s plans to respond to the 2012 Fraser River Freshet and any potential flood.

When: Tuesday, May 22, 2012, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Note that a public presentation will be made at 4:30 p.m. and repeated at 6:00 p.m.

  • Connections to the Metrotown SkyTrain Station are via bus route #116
  • Amenities include Burnaby Fraser Foreshore Park and the developing urban trail network along the Fraser River; a linear parkway along the northern edge of the site acts as a buffer between this business centre and the developing cranberry farms.
