This public information meeting will provide you with the information you need regarding the City’s plans to respond to the 2012 Fraser River Freshet and any potential flood.

When: Tuesday, May 22, 2012, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Note that a public presentation will be made at 4:30 p.m. and repeated at 6:00 p.m.

Lake City Business Centre

The Lake City Business Centre is located on Lougheed Highway just west of Gaglardi Way. This Business Centre was first developed as a heavy industrial park in the 1950's and 60's. Proposed redevelopment for is high-technology/office uses.

Lake City Business Centre is now home AECOM, ALS Environmental, Amgen, GE Canada, Glentel (corporate headquarters), Global TV, Golden Boy Foods, H.Y. Louie Company, Library and Archives Canada, Mammoth Studios, Photon Control, PMC Sierra, Qwick Media, Source Medical/Cardinal Health, Spectrum Signal Processing (Canadian headquarters), Squirrel Systems, Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Company, Tekion, TM Engineering, and William F. White International.
