Willingdon Business Park is centrally located within the Willingdon and Highway #1 business centre precinct on the north side of the Trans Canada Highway (Highway #1). With development starting in the mid-1980s, Willingdon Business Park is now largely completed with a mix of business office and high-tech uses.
Willingdon Business Park is now home to Alcatel-Lucent, Digital Payment Technologies, Ericsson, Golder Associates, Kodak Canada, Lifescan Canada, McDonald's Restaurants of Canada (headquarters and training centre), Radisys, Variety - The Children's Charity, and Yellow Pages.
