How to appear as a Delegation before the Committee
The City of Burnaby Committees may hear three delegations per Committee meeting. Each delegation is given ten minutes to make their presentation to the Committee, after which the Committee members may or may not ask questions or provide comment with respect to the information presented. Delegations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Once the three delegation limit is met, additional requests are put forward to the next available Committee meeting.
In order to appear as a delegation before the Committee, you must submit a written request addressed to the Chair and Members of the Committee. Letters to appear as a delegation should be forwarded to the Committee secretary.
