Welcome to the City of Burnaby's Local Government Election site. On November 19, 2011, citizens of Burnaby elected one Mayor, eight Councillors and seven School Trustees for the 2011-2014 term. Eight areas were also dedicated as parks via community opinion questions on the ballot for the 2011 local government election.
