Burnaby Village Museum

Stroll down the streets of a 1920s village exploring at your own pace. The village is a combination of heritage and replica buildings on a 10-acre site that represents at typical tram-stop community along the B.C. Electric Railway. Period costumed townsfolk welcome visitors and give demonstrations in the homes, businesses and shops. Popular stops include the blacksmith, the print shop, the garden at the farmhouse and the General Store.

Spring Break Scavenger Hunt: StorybooksMarch 16 - 24, 12noon - 4pm The HuntPick up your scavenger clues at the General Store and start the hunt! Explore the Village searching for the clues left behind by the storybook characters. Join in the fun at the Real Estate office where the storybook toys are hosting a tea party, make a craft at the Interurban Tram Barn and enjoy a spin or two on the carousel. All included with admission. Need a break? The Ice Cream Parlour will be open for light lunches and special treats. Tickets: $7.30 (with taxes) aged 2+ (includes carousel rides, crafts & entertainment) available at the door. Members free. More information |
