Theatre Arts

Placeholder 460 x 260

Dramatic arts provide an outlet for self-expression and help to develop imagination and artistic awareness in children. Classes in theatre and drama for children at the Shadbolt focus on skill development and are designed to suit the needs of those taking part.

As children and teens progress, our theatre arts programs focus on the creative process of exploration in a structured environment. By learning dramatic technique, students can refine their ideas and integrate their knowledge with technical skills.

Adults at all levels will find programs to explore their dramatic potential, work on scenes, monologues, vocal abilities, movement and improvisation to increase their quick-thinking and confidence.

Summer 2012 classes for preschoolers, children, teens and adults are now available for registration.
