Gentle Fit
The first step toward a regular fitness routine, with gentle, progressive exercises, aerobic component and education.
Step/Step Fit/Step Fit II
Get a great cardio workout on the step in these overall full-body workouts.
Body Sculpting/Abs, Back & Stretch/Core & More
With no cardio component, improve your core strength with muscle-strengthening exercises that focus on your abs and back.
Step & Sculpt/Step & Strength
A slightly shorter step routine allows for a longer muscle-strengthening component.
Pre/Post-natal Fitness
A great way to maintain your fitness level throughout your pregnancy and after your baby is born. Pre-mobile babies can join mom in the class and older babies can enjoy the playcare area.
Power Workout/Workout Lite/ Low Impact/Athletic Intervals
Get a complete workout using high, low and athletic power moves. Some classes incorporate exercise balls and weights.
Cardio Kickbox/Cardio Cross-training/Boot Camp/Cardio Fusion/Cardio Box/Stretch & Strength
Cross-training offers variety while emphasizing different muscle groups. High/low, step, kickboxing or athletic power moves are rounded off with body-strengthening exercises and stretches. Some yoga, Pilates, balls and balance moves may be incorporated.
Friday Mix/TGIF/Totally Fit
This class format is determined by you and your instructor. Step, low impact, body conditioning, boot camp or drumming
on the ball may be included in this “potluck” class.
ZumbaTM
Using a variety of dance rhythms including salsa, merengue, cha cha, calypso and more, you burn calories, improve cardio and tone muscles.
