Yoga & Pilates

Life is often too busy and complicated to commit to a regular yoga or Pilates program at the same time and day each week. This is why our dedicated studio is offering more than 40 drop-in classes per week. This open schedule concept gives you the flexibility to choose the type of class and time that fits your schedule. Yoga classes include Hatha, Restorative, Power, Kundalini, Pre-natal as well as several Pilates mat classes and the combination 30/30 Yoga & Pilates classes.
