Bonsor Yoga Studio
The Yoga & Pilates Studio at Bonsor Recreation Complex is 1500 square feet with hardwood floors, wood accents, and a simple clean design help create a serene and calming mood as soon as you walk into the space that is lit softly with wall sconces.
Encouraging, qualified yoga and Pilates teachers will meet and guide you through the many postures that comprise the practices. Life is often too busy and complicated to commit to a regular program at the same time and day each week and this is why the new studio is offering 40 drop-in classes per week.
Our open schedule concept gives you the flexibility to choose the type of class and time that fits your schedule. Yoga classes include Hatha, Restorative, Power, Kundalini, Pre-natal as well as several Pilates mat classes and the combination 30/30 Yoga & Pilates classes.
You don’t need to be flexible to try yoga. Yoga is for EVERY body. The more yoga you practice, the more supple, strong and relaxed you become. The more Pilates you practice, the stronger your core, the taller you appear as your posture improves. With the drop-in based schedule, you can try different types of classes and find one that suits your needs.
