The City of Burnaby annually presents the Burnaby Blues + Roots Festival. This eight hour event showcases an eclectic variety of world-class music on three stages in the City’s most picturesque venue of Deer Lake Park. We strive to appeal to a wide spectrum of audiences and are committed to enriching the cultural and economic fabric of our region.

2013 Line Up

Now it it’s fourteenth year, The Burnaby Blues + Roots Festival returns to Deer Lake Park with another amazing lineup for 2013. Expanding to three stages this year, performers include Blue Rodeo, Charles Bradley, ZZ Ward, Shakura S’Aida, Ndidi Onukwulu, David Gogo, Jon and Roy, The Sojourners, John Lee Sanders, Vince Vaccaro, Brickhouse, and Shaun Verreault. This will mark Blue Rodeo’s first appearance at the festival.
