Burnaby's 2010 Provisional Financial Plan
As Burnaby grows and develops, the demands for increased policing and fire protection, upgraded water and sewer infrastructure, and new parks, recreation and other facilities continue to increase. These challenges are compounded by the downturn in the economy, the need to honour contract wage increases, maintain service delivery and upgrade and replace aging equipment and facilities. With these competing demands, service delivery choices and priorities must be established for our limited tax dollars. Read it here...
