Hours of Operation

Office hours are from 8:00am to 4:45pm (Pacific Standard Time) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 8:00am to 8:00pm on Thursdays.

All Building, Plumbing, Gas and Electrical Inspectors are available for phone calls and to answer questions at the Building Department counter from 8:00am to 8:30am Monday to Friday.

Inspection requests for the following day can be made by calling 604.294.7130 between 9:00am and 3:00pm 

Cut Off Times: Building Permits

We will not accept Building Permit applications, or issue Building Permits after 4:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays and after 7 pm on Thursdays.
