Burnaby has two major cycling routes running through the City.

The Central Valley Greenway is a 24 km route for cycling, jogging, walking, wheelchairs, skateboarding and blading. A major transportation and recreation project that runs from New Westminster through Burnaby to Vancouver, the route runs parallel to the Millennium SkyTrain line.

The BC Parkway is a 26 km route that parallels the Expo SkyTrain line from Surrey through New Westminster, South Burnaby and Vancouver and can be used for both walking and wheeling.

Burnaby has an extensive cycling network throughout the City including Urban Trails, Bikeways and Cycle Roads which cater to a variety of cycling abilities.
