November 19: Planned Outage of Websites and Online Services for Maintenance

On Sunday, November 19 from 2:00-5:00 AM, the following websites and online services will not be available while system maintenance is performed. Websites and online services may become available during this time frame, but may be subject to intermittent availability. We thank you for your patience.

  • WebReg - program registration for recreation and arts activities
  • eAgenda - agendas, minutes, reports for Council, Board, Committee and Commission meetings
  • BurnabyMap and BurnabyMap LITE - interactive mapping applications
  • Dog Licences - renewals
  • Portal Login - for tenants of city owned properties and city employees
    (This service will be restored at 7:00 AM Sunday, November 19)

Note: From 7:00-11:00 AM Golf Tee Time Bookings and Pay Tickets (parking and bylaw tickets) will not be available while system maintenance is performed.

InfoBurnaby

InfoBurnaby is the City of Burnaby's official quarterly newsletter that is distributed to more than 97,000 households and businesses. Our City newsletter's mandate is to keep Burnaby residents and businesses informed of our local government initiatives and facilities. Through its articles and events calendar InfoBurnaby seeks to educate on a variety of civic issues, provide information on new or changed programs and often invites comment and participation from the community.

InfoBurnaby is delivered by Canada Post to all household and business mail addresses. As a quarterly newsletter, the issues are delivered seasonally on the following schedule: Winter Issue - January, Spring Issue - April, Summer Issue - July, Autumn Issue - October.
