BC Ombudsperson

In Person Appointment

The mobile investigations team are meeting with members of general public to hear complaints in-person. Please schedule an in-person appointment by calling 1-800-561-FAIR.

For forty years, the Office of the Ombudsperson has been helping resolve issues of unfairness. They receive over 8,000 complaints and enquiries annually and have jurisdiction over a wide range of organizations in B.C. including provincial and municipal governments, health authorities, schools and universities.
