Free Events During Active Aging Week®

Are you 50 years or older and looking to try a new activity?

Curious about chair yoga or wood carving? The City of Burnaby is pleased to offer free activities for older adults during Active Aging Week®.

From October 1 to 7, join the fun at Cameron Recreation Centre, Edmonds Community Centre, Confederation Centre and Bonsor 55 + Centre.

Some of this year’s free activities include: ballet, carpet bowling, cycling, and talks on healthy eating and travel. Join us also for movie day!

Active Aging Week® is organized by the International Council on Active Aging. Please register early to avoid disappointment.
