November 19: Planned Outage of Websites and Online Services for Maintenance

On Sunday, November 19 from 2:00-5:00 AM, the following websites and online services will not be available while system maintenance is performed. Websites and online services may become available during this time frame, but may be subject to intermittent availability. We thank you for your patience.

  • WebReg - program registration for recreation and arts activities
  • eAgenda - agendas, minutes, reports for Council, Board, Committee and Commission meetings
  • BurnabyMap and BurnabyMap LITE - interactive mapping applications
  • Dog Licences - renewals
  • Portal Login - for tenants of city owned properties and city employees
    (This service will be restored at 7:00 AM Sunday, November 19)

Note: From 7:00-11:00 AM Golf Tee Time Bookings and Pay Tickets (parking and bylaw tickets) will not be available while system maintenance is performed.

Encroachment Requirements

Any individual or firm wishing to do work in or abutting a street, boulevard, alley, sidewalk, park, terrace, or other property controlled or owned by the City (including right-of-ways) must complete and submit the Encroachment Application to the Engineering Department for approval. Contact us through the Engineering General Enquiries Line.

Work projects include geotechnical or environmental investigation on City land, installations, repairs,maintenance and investigation of a testpit, monitoring well, borehole, vacuum-hole, minor excavation or any other non-intrusive work in an Encroachment area.

  • Geotechnical, Environmental or other investigative work will be reviewed by the Environmental Services Division.
  • Third-party utility installation, driveway access or other minor works will be reviewed by the Infrastructure and Development Services Division.
