Receiving Electronic Statements

New for 2019

Coming soon! The City of Burnaby is launching a new online service for utility charges and property taxes later in early February. The City's new My Property Portal allows you to sign up to receive notices and bills via email, view your balances and payments and more! And the best part, you can login to retrieve this information anytime, anywhere. It's convenient and easy.

The City of Burnaby is discontinuing the ePost service to view and pay your Utility Charges and Property Tax bills online.

The ePost service will be replaced with the new My Property Portal online service in 2019.

At the beginning of February 2019, Utility Charges notices will be sent in paper format to the mailing address on record. Property owners will be able to sign up for e-billing in the new My Property Portal using the 7-digit Account Number and Access Code provided on their bills. More details will be available soon.

Change of Address

If the mailing address on your Property Tax bill is incorrect, please complete and submit the Change of Address Area 10, Jurisdiction 301 form directly to BC Assessment.

It is important to keep your address current for property assessment and taxation purposes.
