Online Service for Utilities and Property Taxes

Sign up today! You can now access your Burnaby utility charges and property tax information all in one place. The City's My Property Portal allows you to view your balances, payments, receive notices and bills via email and more! And the best part, you can login to retrieve this information anytime, anywhere. It's convenient and easy.

The City of Burnaby has discontinued the ePost service for viewing and paying your Utility Charges and Property Tax bills online.

The ePost service is replaced with the My Property Portal. Sign up today!

At the beginning of February 2019, Utility Charges notices will be sent in paper format to the mailing address on record. Property owners will be able to sign up for e-billing in the new My Property Portal using the 7-digit Account Number and Access Code provided on their bills. More details will be available soon.

Change of Address

If the mailing address on your Property Tax bill is incorrect, please complete and submit the Change of Address Area 10, Jurisdiction 301 form directly to BC Assessment.

It is important to keep your address current for property assessment and taxation purposes.
