Bylaw Enforcement
The City uses a variety of enforcement options to achieve bylaw compliance. This action can range from requests for voluntary compliance to ticketing and court orders.

Making a Complaint
Individuals are asked to include their name, address and phone number with their complaint. This information is protected according to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. It will only be shared when required by the Act -- if your complaint is part of a legal case, audit or similar process.
Once you have submitted your report, the City will initiate an investigation and bylaw enforcement as necessary. Contact the City to report your concerns:
