Changes to Delegation Presentations

To ensure physical distancing, in person delegations are temporarily suspended. Presentations to Council, Committee, Commission and Board meetings will be via electronic means only.  There is  a maximum of two delegations per meeting with a limit of one representative per delegation.

In order to appear as a delegation, you must submit a written request to the Office of City Clerk, Burnaby City Hall, 4949 Canada Way, Burnaby, BC V5G 1M2.

The Public Library Board is legislated under the Library Act of BC and members are appointed by Council. Council approves the budget for the Board, but the Public Library Board mostly operates as an autonomous body.
