Snow Angels ProgramSnow clearing can be particularly challenging for seniors and people with limited mobility. This program will attempt to pair them up with neighbouring volunteers, however, the City cannot guarantee availability of this service. Please phone 604-294-7388 for more information. |

Snow and Ice Covered Sidewalks
To report uncleared sidewalks, please provide addresses for inspection and enforcement to 604-294-7460 or engineering@burnaby.ca.
Reminder: Owners or occupiers of residential or business properties are required to remove snow and ice from all sidewalks surrounding their property by 10:00 AM every day, including holidays, per Section 31 of Burnaby's Street and Traffic Bylaw.
