High Streamflow Advisory: Fraser River

The River Forecast Centre has issued a High Streamflow Advisory for the Fraser River due to increased snow melt runoff. River levels and flows are expected to remain elevated this week and into the weekend.

City staff are monitoring water levels, conducting daily patrols of areas adjacent to the Fraser River, and are prepared for possible minor flooding as part of our Flood Response Plan »

Gallery Tour
Sunday, April 23, 2-4pm, drop-in, all ages
Join our knowledgeable guides for a tour and discussion about the 35th edition of Arts Alive. Bonus: Learn more about the print works featured in the The Salish Weave Collection exhibition and the significance of this unique contemporary collection. 

Burnaby Art Gallery's Tour & Tea Series

Join the gallery staff for a guided tour of Arts Alive and The Salish Weave Collection. Finish the tour by settling into the Fireside Room for tea and treats. 

In the BAG: Family Sundays
Sunday, May 14, 1-4pm, drop-in, all ages
Come and make art! Get your minds humming with a visit to the gallery and then into the studio for family-friendly art projects. This month, learn about Arts Alive and The Salish Weave Collection and make your very own collaborative assemblage art!
