Following the guidelines set out by BC Health, Worksafe BC, the Ministry of Education and the City of Burnaby’s safety procedures, these programs are delivered as an educational, unique and creative learning experience to be enjoyed by teachers and students alike. The Burnaby Art Gallery offers a variety of curriculum-based programs for school groups and homelearners of all ages. The programs focus on encouraging creative thinking and developing new visual arts skills through conversation and response to exhibits and artwork. Students explore art mediums and processes by engaging in activities inspired by works on exhibit or art from the City of Burnaby Permanent Art Collection.

Explore the gallery through our Virtual Gallery Tour & Studio Program, have us lead an Outreach Workshop for your class, or rent one of our BAG in a Box art education kits.
