Artist Apprenticeship Program

Secondary senior students take on the role of a professional artist to create an exhibition for a public space. Guided by practising artists, curators, programmers and marketing staff, students create artwork and learn how to develop and promote their show. Students also spend a day touring galleries - from artist-run centres to commercial galleries. Volunteer hours accrued may be used towards career placement programs.
