Confed Weight Room

Our weight and cardio room has equipment suited to keep you fit and active! The 55+ facility has weight room orientations available for those new to cardio and weightlifting equipment and offers quiet times for those looking for a relaxing fitness environment.

Hours & Fees

The weight room is open during regular facility hours.

55+ Weight Room Fees

Be Active Pass

The Be Active Pass is pumped with great value and allows you more flexibility with your activities. You can swim, lift weights, use the treadmill, take a fitness or Aquatic class.

Weight Room Orientation

An orientation session is recommended before using the weight training equipment on a drop-in basis unsupervised. Maximum 2 persons per session. Registration required. Call 604-294-1936 to book an appointment today.
