Reservations Required

Advanced reservation and payment is required. Burnaby residents have priority registration and can register in advance of non-residents for programs and activities which are in Webreg. Reserve your time and make payment by:

We offer moderate to intense fitness classes to be a part of your workout routine - from Low Impact to a Power Workout.

What you need to know 

  • Effective Dates: June 29 until further notice
  • No drop-ins. Book online or phone 604-297-4526, Monday-Saturday 9am to one hour prior to closing to reserve your spot up to 7 days in advance
  • 14 years and up
  • Please arrive on time. A 5 minutes grace period is strictly enforced.
  • Bring your own mat, props, pre-filled water bottle and towel. Water fountains remain closed
  • Please leave promptly after booking to allow for cleaning for next program  
  • No waitlists available
  • No refunds for reservations once booked
  • Schedules are subject to change

Building Access:
Only the West entrance is open. Follow the directional signage from the parking lot to the entrance. 


Parking is available at the front (south side) of the building, with accessible parking stalls.
