Advanced reservation and payment is required. Burnaby residents have priority registration and can register in advance of non-residents for programs and activities which are in Webreg. Reserve your time and make payment by:

A great place for a sweaty workout at k your own pace and to fit your schedule. Our facility has a separate cardio room with large windows and plenty of fresh air. Meanwhile, the weight room offers a a variety of weightlifting equipment in a quiet and friendly environment.

Schedule
- Willingdon weights and cardio room has changed. To maintain physical distancing, it is now set up in multiple zones.
- When booking please specify which zone you are booking. See Fitness Equipment for details.
- Maximum 1 person per zone (you will get the whole zone to yourself during your session).
Zone 1: Upper Body Focus
- Time slots: 1 hour sessions Monday to Sunday, beginning at 9am daily, 15 minute cleaning between sessions
- Start times Monday-Saturday: 9am, 10:15am, 11:30am, 12:45pm, 2pm, 3:15pm, 4:30pm, 5:45pm, 7pm
Zone 2: Lower Body Focus
- Time slots: 1 hour sessions Monday to Sunday, beginning at 9:15am daily, with cleaning time between sessions
- Start times Monday-Saturday: 9:15am, 10:30am, 11:45am, 1pm, 2:15pm, 3:30pm, 4:45pm, 6pm, 7:15pm
Zone 3: Cardio Focus
- Time slots: 1 hour sessions Monday to Sunday, beginning at 9:30am daily, with cleaning time between sessions
- Start times Monday-Saturday: 9:30am, 10:45am, 12pm, 1:15pm, 2:30pm, 3:45pm, 5pm, 6:15pm, 7:30pm
