There are plenty of ways for youth to get involved! Be sure to mark your calendars for the beginning of May next year and join in fun events dedicated to youth held throughout the entire city.

Youth Week Logo Contest

If you want to get involved right away, a Youth Week organizing committee plans the celebrations and can always use a helping hand.  Each year, Burnaby Youth Week host a Youth Week logo contest. For more information about the organizing committee or the logo contest, contact one of Burnaby's four Youth Centres. Deadline for submission is Friday, March 3, 2017 please submit your logo at a Youth Centre closest to you or send to the following address:

Youth Week Citizenship Awards

Youth Week is also a time that the City recognizes the achievements of our youth with the Burnaby Youth Week Citizenship Awards. Teens are recognized in an official ceremony during Youth Week. If you know anyone who deserves a Citizenship Nomination, contact any Youth Centre or your school teacher for more information. Youth Citizenship Nomination forms due March 3, 2017.
