There are plenty of ways for youth to get involved! Be sure to mark your calendars for Youth Week, May 1-7, 2021. Join in fun events dedicated to youth.

Burnaby Youth Week Citizenship Awards

Youth Week is also a time that the City recognizes the achievements of our youth with the Burnaby Youth Week Citizenship Awards. Teens are recognized in an official ceremony at a City Council Meeting. 

If you know anyone who deserves a Citizenship Nomination, check out the nomination details and requirements. 2021 nominations are due by Friday, March 12, 2021. Top nominees are awarded $100.00. 

Burnaby Youth Week Logo Contest

Design the newest logo for Burnaby Youth Week! The contest winner will receive $75 and a free sweatshirt with your winning logo. Submissions are due by Friday, March 5, 2021. Contest open to youth ages 12-18. 

To enter the contest, create a font or logo that has the words "Burnaby Youth Week" and submit with your name, contact information and school. View submission requirements and contest rules
