Fantasy Painting

Practice painting skills such as application of

paint, colour, structure and content using

Fantastic Art as the subject. Fantasy painting

is characterized by the realistic depiction of

non-real subject matter from fiction. Students

learn to create portraits and various aspects of

nature with precision and accuracy by using

shape, volume and pleasing compositions.

Acrylics or oils can be used.

Art Exploration for Adults

Get reacquainted with your creative self in this

mixed-media course. Drawing, painting, collage

and simple printmaking are taught with a variety

of media: charcoal, ink, pencil, watercolour and

paint. This class stresses creative process and is

an ideal workshop environment for people new

to visual art, those that have been away from it

for a while as well as returning students.
