November 19: Planned Outage of Websites and Online Services for Maintenance

On Sunday, November 19 from 2:00-5:00 AM, the following websites and online services will not be available while system maintenance is performed. Websites and online services may become available during this time frame, but may be subject to intermittent availability. We thank you for your patience.

  • WebReg - program registration for recreation and arts activities
  • eAgenda - agendas, minutes, reports for Council, Board, Committee and Commission meetings
  • BurnabyMap and BurnabyMap LITE - interactive mapping applications
  • Dog Licences - renewals
  • Portal Login - for tenants of city owned properties and city employees
    (This service will be restored at 7:00 AM Sunday, November 19)

Note: From 7:00-11:00 AM Golf Tee Time Bookings and Pay Tickets (parking and bylaw tickets) will not be available while system maintenance is performed.

    Winter Safety: No Skating or Tobogganing
    With the cold winter weather approaching, the City of Burnaby reminds the public that all lakes and ponds in Burnaby are not open for outdoor skating due to unsafe conditions. In addition, the public is encouraged not to toboggan on Burnaby Mountain.
