Fitness

From beginner to intense, and at a variety of locations throughout the city, you can find a fitness class to get your heart pumping and meet your fitness needs. Most fitness classes are open to participants age 14 and older.

In addition to these drop-in fitness classes, we offer many other activities such as specialized fitness classes and workshops. Search using WebReg. For aquafit classes, please refer to swimming schedules. Fitness schedules are subject to change. Avoid disappointment by calling the location you plan to attend.
