Fitness

Reservations Required

Advanced reservation and payment is required. Burnaby residents have priority registration and can register in advance of non-residents for programs and activities which are in Webreg. Reserve your time and make payment by:

We offer fitness classes to suit your schedule. Have fun and stay active with our low intensity classes.

What you need to know 

  • No drop-ins. Book online or phone 604-297-4838, from 9am until 8pm to reserve your spot up to 7 days in advance
  • 14 years and up
  • Please arrive on time. A 5 minute grace period is strictly enforced.
  • Bring your own mat, props and towel.
  • Please leave promptly after booking to allow for cleaning for next program
  • Masks are recommended 
  • No waitlists available
  • No refunds for reservations once booked
  • Due to the limited number of available recreations sessions and to allow more community members to enjoy our facilities, if you are 10+ minutes late for your booking, your spot may be given away to another participant.

Fitness Schedules

  • All Fitness classes are currently low intensity in accordance with current Provincial Health Orders
  • Schedules are subject to change

Access
Entrance to Edmonds is via the Plaza entrance (off of Humphries Street) or the underground parking lot. The entrance into the building on Edmonds Street will remain closed. The café, childminding and indoor playground area also remains closed.  

Parking
Free parking is available underground, on site, and on Humphries Street.
