Visits to Burnaby City Hall by appointment only

The City of Burnaby anticipates fully reopening City Hall to the public on September 7, 2021.
Burnaby's City Hall complex is located next to picturesque Deer Lake Park.
City departments are located in multiple buildings including:
- City Hall
- West Building
- Deer Lake Centre (north side of Canada Way)
The Burnaby RCMP main detachment is adjacent to City Hall on Deer Lave Avenue.

Free visitor parking. Two electric vehicle charging stations (fees apply).

The accessible entrance is underneath the covered walkway on the west side of the building by the courtyard. There are push buttons on this doorway. A small elevator immediately inside the accessible entrance provides access to the main floor. All other floors can be accessed from an elevator by the Information Desk. The elevator incorporates Braille features to assist persons with visual disabilities. Lowered reception counters are located in the Licence Office, the Building Department, the Planning Department and the Engineering Department.
Accessible public washrooms are located on the main and ground floors of City Hall.
