Free visitor parking. Two electric vehicle charging stations (fees apply).

Designated parking stalls.
The accessible entrance is underneath the covered walkway on the west side of the building by the courtyard. There are push buttons on this doorway. A small elevator immediately inside the accessible entrance provides access to the main floor. All other floors can be accessed from an elevator by the Information Desk. The elevator incorporates Braille features to assist persons with visual disabilities. Lowered reception counters are located in the Licence Office, the Building Department, the Planning Department and the Engineering Department.
Accessible public washrooms are located on the main and ground floors of City Hall.
