The City of Burnaby is inviting community members to share their voice about access to liquor and cannabis establishments in Burnaby and other liquor and cannabis related regulations.

A review of existing liquor and cannabis policies is underway as the City looks to establish a new, up-to-date policy that will guide the liquor and cannabis licensing applications process while balancing the needs and safety of the community.

Take an online survey at Burnaby.ca/YourVoice-LCReview until Tuesday, October 3, 2023 to share your feedback about accessing liquor and cannabis establishments in Burnaby.

A new policy is needed to help the City better align with current Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB) policies, respond to changes in the liquor and cannabis industries and to help make the application process clearer, simpler and more efficient for applicants and staff who process the application.
