Zoning R1 District permit applications update
Building permit applications meeting the current R1 District requirements will be accepted until 11:59 pm, October 21, 2025. Applications must be complete and include all required documentation as set out in the applicable Submission Checklist, which also includes a requirement of an approved Engineering Pre-Application Report.
If there is a subdivision, it is considered complete upon confirmation of registration of the subdivision plan in the Land Title Office. If you fail to supply the required documentation before 11:59 pm on October 21, your application is considered incomplete. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
