My Permits Portal
New! Apply for select Building and Trade Permits online with the City’s My Permits Portal. The portal allows you to register, apply for your permit, view your permit status, book inspections and pay online by credit card.
Please note: The Building Department will no longer accept permit applications by email effective November 1, 2023. Permits can be applied for online via My Permits Portal or in-person at the Building Department front counter (2nd floor of City Hall).
