As the Edmonds Town Centre, Royal Oak Urban Village and Cascade Heights Urban Village community plans progress to the second phase, the City of Burnaby is seeking input on the detailed draft plan directions.
Phase 1 took place during the summer of 2023 and established broad directions to guide the growth of these areas. In Phase 2, we’ve integrated community feedback to present detailed directions on key topics like land use and development, public space and mobility, and housing and community building.
We invite your feedback on Phase 2 before we complete the draft community plans in fall 2024.
