Purchase your art supplies in person, online or by phone

Pick-up: The Art Supply Store will reopen for in-person shopping on September 21.

*Note: the store is single-staffed during open hours. Please be aware of brief closures as staff may need to step away for bathroom breaks or to assist other patrons. A return time will be posted on the door. Thank you for your patience!

Classroom delivery: Order in advance and have your supplies delivered to your first class! Here's how:

1. Call 604-205-3027 or email [email protected] to request supplies. Include your name, phone number and the name and start date of your course.
2. When your order is filled, you will receive an email with payment instructions.
3. Once paid for, your order will be delivered to your first class.

Please allow 3-5 business days to process all orders.

Hours and location

• We are located on the main floor of Mathers House at 6450 Deer Lake Ave.
• During the summer session, the Shadbolt main office is closed after 4:30 pm on weekdays and weekends. Any purchases at the Art Supply Store during these times must be paid for online through your WebReg account as the shop cannot process cash or credit payments.
• We will be closed on the following dates:
  • Wednesday, September 30 (National Day for Truth and Reconciliation)*
  • Monday, October 12 (Thanksgiving)**
  • Wednesday, November 11 (Remembrance Day)***
