  • 9:30 am: Walk check-in (at track)
  • 10:00 am: Healthy Physical Activity talk with Dr. Davidicus Wong (Confederation Seniors Centre)
  • 10:45 am: Welcome (Mayor Mike Hurley & Dr. Davidicus Wong)
  • 10:50 am: Warm up 
  • 11 am: Walk begins
