Application deadlines:
- Fall/winter arena rental: April 7, of the current year
- Spring/summer arena rental: November 7, of the previous year
- Fall/winter special events: March 31, of the current year

Celebrations, socials and meetings
- Multipurpose rooms 1 & 2 are available for events, meetings or gatherings.
- Our flexible rental spaces are ideal for birthdays, team events, corporate meetings and community functions.
- Enhance your event by adding a drop-in skating session, ice or in-line, available seasonally at Burnaby arena facilities.
- Group maximum is 30 people.
- Additional services, including catering and audio visual equipment, may be available at select locations.

If you need food for your tournament or event, please visit Bastion Café, located conveniently at the facility.
Liability insurance
Commercial general liability insurance is required to rent any City facility- please check with the facility for specific requirements. You may purchase insurance through an independent broker of your choice, or receive a quote through AON Insurance.
