In-person invoice payments, permit applications and application payments at City Hall will be unavailable on Friday, March 24 while the City’s processing system undergoes upgrades. Online applications through mypermits.burnaby.ca and payments through invoices.burnaby.ca will be unavailable from March 24-27. These upgrades will allow for faster processing times, and lay the foundation for new features residents will be able to access online later in 2023.
