Seniors and older adults will have the chance to try a wide variety of activities at four senior centres in Burnaby during Active Aging Week®, from October 2 to 8.
Active Aging Week® celebrates aging and promotes the benefits of healthier, more active lifestyles. The objective of this weeklong event is to give as many older adults as possible the means to experience wellness activities and exercise in a safe, supportive environment.
Registration is now available through Burnaby.ca/WebReg for all activities offered during Active Aging Week®, including:

- Senior’s Smoothie Social
- Lifesizing: Real Estate Seminar
- Palette Knife Oil Painting
