The City of Burnaby is amending the 2026-2030 Financial Plan to incorporate the impacts related to the amendments to the Amenity Cost Charges (ACC) Bylaw and to accommodate accelerated capital spending in 2026. The affected projects remain within their approved overall project budgets and the total expenditures contemplated over the five-year planning period.
The accelerated capital spending reflects changes in the timing of expenditures only.

Residents have until Monday, November 13, 2026 to share their feedback. All public comments will be shared with the Council before adopting the amended 2026-2030 Financial Plan.
