Active Aging Cardio Dance (Mild/all levels)
Experience the joy of moving to the music while improving your health by combining various dance and music genres. This energetic cardio fitness class encourages you to feel the rhythm while you dance to the beat.
Active Aging Fit ForEver (Mild)
This Low impact workout with strength, core conditioning exercises and stretching is geared to the Active Aging. Classes offer modifications to suit most levels.
Active Aging GentleFit (Mild/beginner level)
As you age, improve your range of motion, flexibility and increase muscle strength to reduce pain and physical deterioration. Suitable for those with special medical limitations. Chair exercises are an option. Instructors are trained in the area of functional and therapeutic fitness.
Active Aging Strength and Conditioning (Mild/all levels)
Improve your functional core strength with exercises that focus on your abs, back and more. This class is gear toward the Active Aging. No cardio component in this class.
Athletic Intervals (Moderate/intense)
Full body workout using high, low, and athletic power moves using a variety of equipment.
Box HIIT (Moderate/intense)
Cardio kick box style class mixed with high intensity intervals. Bring your own water bottle with water and towel.
Cardio Cross Training (Moderate/intense)
Step Hi/Lo Cardio and Kickboxing are some of the training styles you can expect in this class.

Stretch Fusion (Mild/all levels)
This is an ideal class for anyone wishing to add more stretching to their workouts. Whether you are a fitness enthusiast, weight trainer, basketball player or swimmer, there is never enough time dedicated to stretching. Supple, flexible bodies help prevent muscle aches, strains and injuries. Stretch muscles from head to toe in this hour long class.
Strong Nation (All levels/moderate/intense)
Come join this fun and challenging workout. Be driven by the music while doing high intensity intervals in an athletic inspired class! Use your own body weight to push past your limits and experience a perfectly synched total body workout
